Incorporation in Seychelles is mandatory. Licensing must be obtained in adherence to regulatory standards. Meeting the minimum net worth requirement ($50,000) for a securities dealer license is obligatory. Two directors must be appointed, with the possibility of being non-residents. At least one individual, licensed as a representative under the Securities Act 2007, must be employed. Premises must be rented in Seychelles for record-keeping or other document-related purposes. The Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) must be a resident of Seychelles. No restrictions apply regarding leverage, PAMM/MAM accounts, or IBs.
