The Mwali International Services Authority (MISA) serves as the regulatory body overseeing financial services in Mwali Comoros.
In order to acquire a license, applicants need to establish an International Business Company (IBC) in Comoros. The Comoros International Brokerage & Clearing House License enables companies to engage in securities trading, either as principals (on their own account) or as agents (on behalf of clients).

Be incorporated in Mwali Comoros.
Obtain licensing in accordance with MISA’s requirements.
Meet the minimum capital requirements (€250,000) for the International Brokerage & Clearing House License.
Have at least one Director (who may be a non-resident).
Have at least one Shareholder (either individual or legal entity).
Not necessarily maintain an office in Comoros.
Experience no restrictions on leverage, PAMM/MAM accounts, or IBs.
